Job Description

Location: New York, NY
Type: Hybrid
Reports to: Senior Manager, Social, Influencer & Community Engagement

Role Overview
The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HealthyBaby’s social media presence, community engagement, and creator partnerships. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who brings experience in social media and influencer support and is excited to help continue to build a mission-driven brand with real impact.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role supports the day-to-day management of social channels, community engagement, light content creation, and the execution of HealthyBaby’s influencer program. From publishing content and engaging with parents online to supporting creator gifting and coordination, this role is essential to how HealthyBaby shows up, builds trust, and connects with its community.

This position is ideal for someone who values community, understands the importance of thoughtful brand storytelling, and enjoys being both creative and organized. The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in turning strategy into action and helping HealthyBaby’s mission come to life across digital platforms.

Why This Role Matters
HealthyBaby is a mission-driven brand in a growth phase. How we engage with parents, caregivers, and creators directly impacts trust, awareness, and long-term loyalty. This role helps ensure our social presence feels human, responsive, and community-led while supporting creator relationships rooted in authenticity rather than transactions.

The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator is often the first point of interaction between HealthyBaby and its community. The way this role shows up, responds, and engages helps shape how the brand is experienced every day.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of HealthyBaby’s social media channels, including posting, creating a content calendar, and content publishing.
  • Own community engagement across platforms by responding to comments and DMs in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned way.
  • Actively engage from the HealthyBaby accounts by liking and commenting on relevant parent, creator, and partner content across social feeds.
  • Monitor community conversations and flag insights, questions, or opportunities for content, engagement, or partnerships.
  • Help maintain a warm, supportive, and informative tone that reflects HealthyBaby’s values.
Content & Creative Support
  • Assist with content scheduling, asset organization, and content library management.
  • Support light content creation needs, including basic editing, formatting, and preparing social-ready assets.
  • Capture simple, in-the-moment content such as stories, short-form videos, or behind-the-scenes moments when needed.
  • Help track and organize user-generated content, testimonials, and creator assets for reposting and campaigns.
  • Identify trends, sounds, and formats that align with HealthyBaby’s brand and values.
  • Participate in occasional onsite content creation, events, or brand moments.
  • Assist the Founder with content creation needs, including capturing, editing, and preparing social-ready content for posting.
Influencer & Creator Program Support
  • Support execution of HealthyBaby’s influencer and creator program, including gifting, outreach coordination, and product shipping.
  • Help identify and recommend creators aligned with HealthyBaby’s mission, community values, and storytelling approach.
  • Track creator relationships, gifting, content usage rights, and campaign details.
  • Assist in organizing creator content, feedback, and performance insights.
  • Support surprise-and-delight moments and community-first creator initiatives.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to support social and influencer initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and creator culture, especially within parenting, wellness, and mission-driven brands.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
  • Prior experience supporting influencer or creator programs, including gifting, outreach, or relationship coordination.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator culture.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable engaging with audiences, creators, and partners in a warm, authentic way.
  • Values community, inclusivity, and mission-driven work.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to support light content creation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and brands that aim to make a meaningful impact.
  • This role requires the candidate to be based in New York and able to work in-office three days per week.
