New Grad RNs Medical/Surgical

Summer Start Dates: August 10th and August 24th

Attention all New Grads! Are you looking for a dynamic and diverse nursing unit to kick off you career? Look no further than joining our Johns Hopkins Sibley Med/Surg Unit.

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Unit/Schedule

  • 25 bed Med/Surg Unit
  • Full-time 36 hours/week, benefitted
  • 12-hour Rotating shifts (7a-7p - 7p-7a)

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
  • Associates’ Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
  • Current BLS required

Meet our President and other leaders:

Salary Range: Minimum 36.38/hour - Maximum 57.49/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
