As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our people operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the organization.
About The Position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core HR functions, including benefits administration, office operations, employee events, and HR administration. This role works closely with the Sr. HR Manager and serves as a critical point of contact for employees, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while maintaining compliance and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including paperwork, system access, benefits enrollment, and orientation support.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, proper documentation, and a positive exit experience.
- Partner with HR leadership to continuously improve the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as the point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns.
- Support the Sr. HR Manager in managing employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, and case escalations as needed.
- Assist with performance-related discussions, policy interpretation, and corrective action processes in alignment with company guidelines and employment laws.
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves of absence, reimbursements, and wellness-related benefits.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee data, time-off tracking, and coordination with payroll providers.
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, facilities support, and office policies.
- Ensure the office environment supports productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance-related files within HR systems.
Event Planning & Culture Initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal programs, including support for the bi-annual US Summit.
- Assist with recognition programs, team-building activities, and culture-driven initiatives aligned with company values.
HR Systems & Compliance
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS, ATS, and related HR tools.
- Ensure HR processes align with company policies and applicable federal and state employment regulations.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and data tracking as needed.
Key Performance Indicators
- Employee Experience: eNPS Score. Feedback from employees regarding HR support, benefits administration, and workplace experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Accuracy and timeliness of HR administrative processes, benefits administration, and office operations.
- Engagement & Culture: Successful execution of events and initiatives that support engagement and retention,
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration, HR systems, and employee support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for supporting employees and company culture.
- Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA
- Available to work on a Hybrid role: Work from the office 2 to 4 days per week.
- Available to work onsite 4–5 days, twice per year, for U.S. Summit events
- Available to some domestic travel may be required for company events or training/summits.
