Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to serve as the heartbeat of their people operations. In this role, you will be a visible and essential partner on the warehouse floor, building authentic relationships and mastering the operational workflows that drive the business forward. We are looking for a proactive communicator who excels at bridging the gap between high-level talent strategy and the hands-on administrative excellence required to maintain a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Duties: - Relationship Management: Build working relationships with all staff through proactive communication and daily professional interactions.
- Systems Expertise: Master internal HRIS platforms, operational workflows, and integrated administrative functionality.
- Onboarding & Integration: Lead new hire orientations and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle to ensure seamless team integration.
- Employee Relations: Support daily personnel needs by active listening, escalating critical issues, and recommending solutions aligned with organizational policies.
- Compliance & Administration: Manage routine HR administration, including employee lifecycle changes, compliance documentation, and rigorous file audits with high accuracy.
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruiting strategies to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and manage external staffing partnerships.
- Process Improvement: Audit existing programs to identify operational gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
- Professional Presence: Maintain a reliable, solutions-oriented HR presence, serving as an approachable and helpful resource for the entire workforce.
