About the Role We are looking for an organized and motivated Email Marketing Associate to support our email marketing efforts within a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning the fundamentals of lifecycle and promotional marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities
• Brief the creative team on upcoming email campaigns, including objectives, messaging needs, and strategic priorities
• Partner closely with the operations team to coordinate email campaign setup, QA, and deployment
• Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including key metrics such as open rates, click rates, and conversion.
• Assist in post-campaign analysis and contribute insights to improve future campaigns
• Support documentation of processes and help improve workflow efficiency across teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams (ecommerce, merchandising, creative, stores) to execute marketing campaigns
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2-3 years of marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze is a plus!) Familiarity with web tools and analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.) Basic knowledge of marketing metrics and reporting Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes.
