Job Description

Kinetic Events is seeking a dynamic  Staffing & Project Coordinator to join our nationwide brand ambassador, conference, and event staffing team. This role is a hybrid role, with time in the office and time working from home. There are also optional onsite opportunities. You will be managing critical staffing operations for high-profile brand activations and events.

Core Responsibilities

As one of our Staffing Managers, you will:

  • Strategically source and select field staff that perfectly match each program's unique requirements, considering factors like geographical location, relevant experience, and client-specific needs
  • Develop and lead training programs that prepare our brand ambassadors to exceed client expectations
  • Manage the complete staffing lifecycle from registration and onboarding through payroll processing for all active projects
  • Coordinate logistics and support services essential for seamless campaign execution
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions before they impact project delivery
  • Apply industry best practices while adapting to the evolving experiential marketing landscape
  • Contribute to our collaborative culture that values creativity, problem-solving, and professional growth

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in experiential marketing, promotional staffing, or event coordination (highly valued)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for identifying and developing staff potential
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
  • Strong digital literacy and comfort with learning new software platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Strong competency in Google Suite software (Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc)
