Leader Bank is seeking a to manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role involves streamlining accounting processes within a fast-paced, growing community bank.

What You'll Do

• Post daily and monthly entries to the general ledger.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Apply Excel skills to analyze financial data and create models.
• Continuously seek to streamline accounting processes and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in General Ledger Accounting.
• Strong skills in Account Reconciliation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
• Ability to perform financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
• Banking industry knowledge (preferred).

Compensation

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annual.
