The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strong social media strategy that increases brand awareness, strengthens audience engagement, and supports the overall growth of Crush City Innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Crush City Innovations’ brand, mission, and business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve campaigns, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content, including graphics, photos, videos, captions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices to keep Crush City Innovations competitive and relevant.
  • Manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Support brand development initiatives through creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and audience research.

Qualifications

  • Must be local to Houston and have reliable transportation
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging, brand-focused content.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation, branding, digital media, and helping businesses grow online.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, technology, or creative services is a plus.
