Position Overview

Aspen Dental is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Brand Experience Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only . In this role, you will lead the development of visually compelling, brand-driven design solutions that support marketing campaigns, patient engagement, and digital experiences.

This position is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at visual storytelling, and is passionate about elevating brand identity through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across digital (web, social media, email, landing pages) and print channels

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop creative strategies and campaigns

  • Maintain and evolve Aspen Dental’s brand identity across all touchpoints

  • Translate complex healthcare messaging into clear, engaging, and user-friendly visual content

  • Develop advanced design concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling elements

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance requirements

  • Prepare and oversee production-ready files and quality assurance processes

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects while meeting tight deadlines

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and multi-channel design work

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems

  • Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and design systems

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location)
