Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 134,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica, as well as security protocols like OAuth and SAML
• Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
• Active DoD Security Clearance is mandatory and must be maintained
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• Willingness to travel 20-50%, depending on project requirements and client interactions
• Preferable Qualifications:
• Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable
• Previous experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. region

• Create tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs
• Work alongside business stakeholders and technical teams to collect and analyze requirements, providing expertise on Salesforce best practices
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and test plans
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Identify and rectify technical issues and bugs in Salesforce applications and integrations
• Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, assessing their relevance to our organization
• Engage in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
