Join the Randstad Secure Pros team as a Retail Security Guard for a prestigious luxury retail in Union Square. We are seeking a highly professional individual who combines excellent customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers, employees, and merchandise
salary: $19.61 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 12 PM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors and employees in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain a strong presence and keeping the environment safe for all customers and employees
- Provide a friendly and helpful customer service experience
- Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in security and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle potentially stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working weekends
Skills
- Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)
- RETAIL STORES (2 years of experience is preferred)
