Love turning "before" into "after"? As a Renovation Specialist, you'll help transform apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into beautiful spaces ready for new residents. What You'll Do Interior

• Demolition
• Removal of flooring
• Framing
• Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims
• Drywall repair, install, finish
• Light Painting and finishing
• Installation of interior doors
• Removal and Installation of door locksets and hardware
• Installation of cabinets
• Installation, removal of appliances

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

• Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers and electrical wiring
• Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets and laundry
• HVAC components replacement/installation

What We're Looking For

• H.S graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more years’ experience in professional renovations (general installation (lights, kitchen, plumbing, and framing)
• Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and with others as assigned.
• Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen
