Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Brockton, MA | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap

HFM Realty is actively hiring licensed real estate agents in Brockton and the South Shore area. This is a strong opportunity for agents who want to grow their business, increase their income, and keep more of their commission in a flexible, virtual brokerage environment.

Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time
Commission-based

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• List and market residential properties
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
• Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline
• Stay current on Brockton and South Shore market trends

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Brockton / South Shore market (preferred)
• New and experienced agents welcome

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split
• No commission cap
• No franchise fees
