HFM Realty is seeking motivated real estate agents to work in Brookline and the Greater Boston market. If you’re a go-getter who wants to grow your business, increase your income, and work with an experienced brokerage, this is the opportunity.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time.
• Commission-based.
• Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Market and list residential properties.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Deliver high-level service to clients.
• Stay current on Brookline and Greater Boston market trends.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• New and experienced agents welcome.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.
