Job Description

Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Newton, MA | Up to 90% Commission | No Cap.

Join an experienced, growth-focused real estate brokerage serving Newton and the Greater Boston area.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents who want to grow their business while working alongside an experienced agency — without sacrificing a large portion of their commission.

Job Type:

  • Full-time / Part-time.
  • Commission-based.
  • Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
  • List and market residential properties.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
  • Stay current on Newton and Greater Boston market trends.
  • Deliver high-level client service throughout the transaction.


Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Newton / Greater Boston market (preferred).
  • New and experienced agents welcome.


Compensation:

  • Up to 90% commission split.
  • No commission cap.
