Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Selenium-based automation, a core requirement for delivering high‑quality, reliable software .
Rate Range: $37/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Manager job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium to ensure software quality and reliability.
Execute automated test suites, monitor results, and analyze test failures to identify and report defects.
Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more efficient releases.
Enhance test coverage by creating, optimizing, and expanding automation frameworks and reusable test components.
Participate in requirement reviews to identify automation opportunities and ensure testability of new features.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Automation Testing.
Strong expertise in designing and executing automated tests using Selenium or similar tools.
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with development teams .
