Basic Info

1.Workload: 20-24 teaching periods a week(35 minutes each period)
2.Office Hours:8:15-11:50am,1:30-5:15pm(Mon.–Fri.) Schedule differs in
winter and summer
3.Class sizes: Up to 30 students per class.

Job Description

1.Put together informative and engaging lesson plans for assigned subjects;
2.Use a variety of visual aids, textbooks and creative projects to gain student involvement;
3.Grade students’ tests and conduct progress reports;
4.Enforce rules and disciplinary action;
5.Keep in contact with both students and parents for counseling related purposes;
6.Participate in related school events and activities;

Requirements

1.Native English Speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above ;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.A minimum 2 years of previous teaching experience;
5.Related education background and work experience is required;
6.Teaching license preferred;

Salary & Benefits:

1.Monthly salary: 20K- 25K RMB before tax;
2.Paid Holidays: Winter /summer holidays,National holidays and one day off on Christmas Day;Winter break is about 25 days, and summer break is about 55 days, with an allowance of 15,000 yuan for each break regardless of its length (the exact duration is subject to the school's academic calendar).
3.450 RMB per month as the meal allowance；
4.Housing allowance or Free apartment: Free apartment on campus or up to 2400RMB per month allowance；
5.300 RMB free for the monthly expense of water and electricity in school apartment；

Additional Information:
A demo video & an online interview will be required to demonstrate the teacher’s
