Are you an orthopedic Physical Therapist who knows you have more to offer your patients, but feel held back by high volume and billing codes?
If you’re 2-3 years out of school, have experienced high-volume settings (and want out), and know deep down that PT should be more than just “functional outcomes”, keep reading.
The Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) was founded in 2016 to challenge the traditional PT model. We are one of the largest direct-pay physical therapy clinics in the country, setting the standard for a consistent and high-level patient experience. Our goal is to leave our teammates, our patients, and our profession better than we found them.
We don’t just provide treatment. We partner with our patients to guide them through a full recovery from injury to performance - without unnecessary surgeries, medications, or insurance limitations.
At DPT, we hire based on our GRACE Core Values:
Growth – You value continuous learning and professional development. Right vs. Easy – You do what’s right for the patient, even when it’s challenging. Accountability – You take ownership, work well in a team, and have your teammates’ backs. Communication – You’re clear, direct, and create trust (no drama). Experience – You prioritize an amazing patient and team experience every time. Develop personalized treatment plans—and see them through.
Ensure patients achieve meaningful goals (not just “functional outcomes”).
Keep patients engaged, motivated, and committed to their care.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience that leads to referrals.
Collaborate with fellow PTs in weekly clinical case meetings.
Stay committed to growth—both personally and professionally.
PTs who love problem-solving and won’t stop until they understand why a patient isn’t improving.
PTs who love working with motivated, active patients (not those just looking for the next MRI).
PTs who are bothered when a patient isn’t improving—because they care deeply about their outcomes.
PTs who want a light-hearted, results-driven team that makes work fun and fulfilling.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care & continuous improvement.
If this speaks to you, we want to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step in a career that fuels your passion, respects your expertise, and truly makes a difference.
