Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Teacher/Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and teach a diverse range of subjects to students of all ages and levels. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, providing personalized instruction, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive online lessons to students
- Provide personalized instruction and support to students based on their individual needs and learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and improve curriculum and teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades
- Communicate regularly with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the online learning experience for students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring in an online setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being taught
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms and tools
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
