Optimal Learning is an online education company providing international K12 curriculum support for students from international schools in China.

We are currently looking for experienced native English-speaking teachers to join our online teaching team. The role is suitable for teachers who have experience with international curricula and are interested in long-term collaboration.

Our students are mainly from international schools in China and follow international education pathways.

Teaching hours: Flexible and negotiable
Teaching language: English/Bilingual
Student age: K12 students from international schools in China
Curriculum: international programmes
Cooperation type: Part-time / flexible / long-term cooperation

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality online lessons based on students’ curriculum needs
Support students with subject knowledge, exam preparation and academic skills
Help students improve their understanding of international curriculum content
Provide clear explanations, structured learning support and feedback
Prepare lesson materials when needed
Communicate professionally with the teaching team and parents when required

Requirements
Applicants should ideally have:
Native-level English proficiency
More than 5 years of teaching experience
Experience teaching international curricula
Strong subject knowledge
Good communication skills
Experience working with K12 students
A responsible and professional teaching attitude
Interest in long-term collaboration
Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is preferred but not essential:
International school teaching experience
Head of Department / subject leadership experience
Examiner experience
Experience teaching Chinese international school students
Online teaching experience
Relevant teaching qualification
