Great news - Randstad is looking for an energetic recruiter to join our team! As an On-Site Staffing Coordinator you will act as a partner to our Inhouse Services clients, performing various aspects of the recruitment cycle including requisition intake, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, interviewing, onboarding, and talent management. You will be responsible for requisition fulfillment for various high volume positions and execute candidate care strategies that will facilitate a positive candidate experience.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: - Partner with clients on all assigned requisitions
- Determines work behaviors and executes all actions necessary to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Meets or exceeds assigned daily/weekly account hiring goals and regularly monitors performance scorecard to ensure all goals are being met
- Provide data as requested that fulfills the reporting requirements of the specific client
- Reviews company communications, adheres to corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetings
- Deploys recruiting and sourcing plans and uses tools to increase candidate pipelines
- Manages the candidate pool
- Uses independent judgment to determine potential candidate eligibility based on resumes, professional profiles and interview notes
- Interfaces with and develops relationships with client partners
- Define and participate in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offerings
- Promotes positive relationships and partnerships to protect the candidate experience
