What You’ll Experience Here:

· Substantive Litigation, Early and Often:
You'll take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, manage discovery, and advise clients — not someday, but now.

· Mentorship and Momentum:
Learn directly from partners and senior litigators who invest in your growth. You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior associates as you continue to rise.

Work across a diverse array of commercial, management-side employment and Legal Ethics matters. Grow your skillset across industries and legal contexts.

Who You Are:

You’re a  Litigation Associate with 2–4(+) years of commercial and employment litigation experience. Legal Ethics litigation experience is a plus. You’ve handled (or are ready to handle) motions, discovery, including depositions — and you’re ready for more. You work well independently, thrive in a collegial team setting, and are excited to contribute to a growing practice.

Must-haves:

· Licensed to practice in Maryland

· Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or employment litigation

· Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

· Experience advising management-side clients

· A desire to assist with business development or mentoring initiatives

· Legal Ethics litigation experience or exposure to Legal Ethics matters/issues.
