Core Responsibilities In this dual-focus role, you will ensure that both high-tech production machinery and facility infrastructure run at peak efficiency.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. Skilled in reading ladder logic, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute rigorous PM schedules to reduce downtime and ensure continuous 24/7 operations.
- Critical Facility Systems: Maintain the plant’s "life support," including cleanrooms, HVAC/Chiller systems, boilers, and electrical distribution.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash safety, and OSHA compliance to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- CMMS & Documentation: Utilize digital maintenance platforms to manage assets, track inventory, and provide data-driven reliability insights.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder for equipment failures, using rapid root-cause analysis to restore production.
- Project Support: Assist in rigging and installing new production lines and upgrading facility energy systems.
