Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC spinning machines and related production equipment.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to meet production requirements.
Perform machine bed setup, die setup, tooling installation, and model configuration.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and work orders before production.
Verify sheet materials and dimensions prior to processing.
Conduct first-piece inspections and production verification checks.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues to minimize downtime.
Assemble rough and finished components as required by production processes.
Ensure products meet dimensional and quality specifications.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.
Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to achieve production
targets.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report major equipment issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating CNC spinning or metal-forming machines.
Knowledge of CNC programming, editing, and machine setup.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing techniques.
Experience with die setup, tooling alignment, and production verification.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Several years of experience in CNC machining, spinning, or metal fabrication operations.
Experience with production planning and process optimization.
