Job Description

job summary:
Experience creating learning assets (job aids, elearning) for large implementations of Workday; Intermediate to advanced skillset with software; and create end to end elearning using ADDIE



 
location: Telecommute

salary: $48 - 58 per hour
work hours: 9am to 5pm
education: Bachelors


responsibilities:
- Design course material for online learning

- Performs analysis activities including task & audience analyses, usability sessions, and performance/skill gap research

- Designs and develops course materials for online learning, instructor-led (virtual, in-person and hybrid), performance support and media-based solutions

- Parses complex content and concepts into easier-to-understand sections

- Distributes draft course materials, solicits feedback, revises accordingly


qualifications:
Top must-have skills / requirements: Learning background; Articulate knowledge; MS Office; comfortable using MS Teams
