Job Title: High Reach Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a High Reach Operator, where you will play a vital role in loading, unloading, selecting cases, and moving products within our distribution center. You will utilize a variety of material handling equipment to accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high reach forklifts and electric walkies to load and unload products.
  • Select and move cases within the distribution center.
  • Accurately pick orders and handle materials using RF scanners.
  • Maintain inventory through efficient handling of products.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with forklift, reach truck, and walkie equipment.
  • Proficiency in picking orders and material handling.
  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience utilizing RF scan guns.
  • Ability to safely operate industrial fork truck equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn Cat2 software or other RF programming.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand work orders.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic freezer environment with temperatures around 45 degrees in the warehouse. Dress warmly, as conditions can be as low as 20 degrees in the freezer. Freezer wear is provided for these conditions. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $46800.00/yr.
