Position Overview
This opportunity is for a Freight Movement Coordinator supporting dispatch-related activity within transportation operations. The position focuses on helping maintain organized dispatch flow, documenting shipment activity, and supporting the movement of freight through consistent operational follow-through.
Responsibilities
Assist with load monitoring and freight-related coordination
Track shipment progress and update records as information changes
Communicate load status and movement details in a professional manner
Help maintain organized dispatch files, notes, and operational updates
Support scheduling adjustments and load follow-up activity
Identify delays or service-related changes and communicate them appropriately
Contribute to day-to-day transportation support tasks
Maintain accuracy across dispatch-related documentation
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication
Good organizational ability and attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day
