We are a dynamic, high-energy restaurant and lounge in the heart of New York City known for delivering unforgettable dining, nightlife, and private event experiences. Our venue combines modern cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere that makes us a sought-after destination for celebrations, corporate gatherings, and nightlife events.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to lead and grow our private events program. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating private dining and large-scale events within New York City's competitive restaurant and lounge scene.

This role oversees the entire event lifecycle—from initial inquiry to execution—ensuring seamless guest experiences while maximizing event revenue.

Weekend and evening availability is required.

Key Responsibilities Event Sales & Client Relations

• Manage and respond to all private event inquiries with timely, professional communication

• Conduct client consultations and site tours

• Develop customized event proposals, packages, and menus tailored to guest needs

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business

Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate all event logistics from booking through post-event follow-up

• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure seamless execution

• Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown

• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events

Business Development

• Maintain and grow a client and corporate events database

• Identify opportunities to increase event bookings and maximize revenue

• Monitor event budgets and support revenue targets

Operational Coordination

• Work closely with management and floor teams to ensure proper staffing and event readiness

• Manage timelines, floor plans, and event details to ensure smooth operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Event Manager or Event Coordinator role within restaurants, lounges, or hospitality venues

• Strong understanding of New York City's hospitality and nightlife event market

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset

• Experience with event management and reservation platforms such as Tripleseat, SevenRooms, or OpenTable preferred

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
