Job Summary:
As a Cold Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing outbound email campaigns targeting decision-makers across the U.S., Europe, and MENA markets. You’ll work with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, and data mining platforms to identify prospects, set up personalized campaigns, and drive qualified meetings for our sales team.
This role requires a mix of technical expertise (deliverability, inbox rotation, domain warmup) and marketing creativity (personalized messaging, sequencing, testing).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery
Design and optimize visually appealing email templates
Manage and maintain the email marketing database
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve email effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives
Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with email marketing innovations
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
