Role Overview:
As the District Deputy Commissioners Administrative Assistant, you will be the organizational hub that keeps the office running smoothly. Your day may include: Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, Coordinating travel authorizations and making travel arrangements, tracking professional development hours, coordinating calendars and schedules all why exercising sound judgment to independently prioritize tasks and solve problems in a dynamic work environment.

This position is with INDOT's Seymour District.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $39,000.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our to view the total compensation package.
