Job Title: Account Executive – Engineering & AEC Staffing Sales
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Type: Direct Hire
Contractor Work Model: Remote but must be local to Kansas City area Account Executive – Engineering & Technical Staffing (AEC Focus)

What You’ll Do As an Account Executive supporting the
Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing client relationships and delivering high-quality engineering staffing solutions. Your role will include:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with AEC clients, acting as a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner.
- Identify, qualify, and support engineering and technical positions through market research, client discovery, and networking.
- Execute strategic business development initiatives through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, virtual meetings, site visits, and formal presentations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified accounts and ensure continuity of client contact and service.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align engineering talent with project and organizational needs.
- Develop creative and strategic client engagement initiatives to support project-based and long-term staffing demands.
What We’re Looking For - Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience within engineering, technical, or AEC staffing , or a related B2B services environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AEC markets, engineering disciplines, or construction-related staffing is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills with a consultative sales mindset.

COMPENSATION: - Salary plus monthly commission on individual placement gross profit.
